M.FREDRIC Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12pm PST will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00am PST and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday (If a national holiday falls on a Monday, orders will begin processing on Tuesday). Please note that we do NOT accept web returns in any store locations. Items must be sent back to our main offices (please refer to address below).

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $100! 

Order total must exceed $100 prior to tax or shipping charges. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversize items. International orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, regardless of chosen shipping method.

*Ground Shipping to a west coast state will take 1-2 days. 

*Ground Shipping to an east coast state will take up to 5 days.

*We do not guarantee that all orders will arrive in the suggested transit time. These times are provided by UPS.* 

 

14 Day Return Policy!

Returned items must be sent back and received to our office within 14 days of receiving your original order! After 14 days, you will have 30 days from the point of purchase for store credit or exchange.

FREE Returns on ALL orders! 

Return Information:

1. Please find the provided UPS return label with your invoice in your M.FREDRIC package!
2. Attach label to package.
3. Bring package to your local UPS store within 14 days from the time you received your order for a full refund.

NOTE: You are responsible for return shipping charges if you misplace the return shipping label we provide for you. In a case where you need to ship back your own items, please ship the items back to:

MFredric.com will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Most items ordered are processed within 48 hours however some items may take up to 5 business days. Processing times may be longer for certain items, as referenced on an items product page.

Our offices and/or UPS are closed on the following days. Processing and shipments will resume the next business day.
